• Pricing: Service pricing is listed on our website or available upon request. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete a health questionnaire.
• Client Conduct: MTP maintains a respectful and professional environment. Clients are expected to behave appropriately during their massage session. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Medical Disclaimer

Client Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to communicate your comfort level and any areas you wish the therapist to focus on or avoid.
• You are responsible for arriving for your appointment on time.

Liability 

MTP Massage Therapy Practice is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may arise from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed during the consultation. We are also not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings on our premises.
